An exciting opportunity has arisen for a receptionist/clerical assistant to join our College. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic person who is committed to achieving excellence and ensuring every young person succeeds. It is imperative that you have high expectations, ambition, a love of challenge and a determination to make a difference to the lives of our fantastic young people.

To work under the direction and instruction of senior staff to provide general receptionist, clerical support to the college:-

  • Answering all phone calls, taking messages and relaying where necessary to appropriate individuals
  • Provide professional greeting to all visitors to the college
  • Photocopying and routine word processing duties
  • Distribute documentation and display as required e.g. notice boards
  • Accept deliveries to the college and notify where appropriate
  • Maintain and record booking for the conference room
  • Updating of daily attendance and making calls home for absent students
  • Electronic and paper filing to student files
  • To assist with the inputting of student data, consent etc onto MIS system
  • Hospitality duties to SLT and visitors to the college
